"This home belongs to Sammy Hager, the rock star. This job involved rain damaged sandstone natural tile. The dark portion on the left was discolored by mold and stain. We sanded the stone back to its original color and sealed it. We took my large sanding machine made to do this type of work and used diamond pads: 60 grids, 100 grids, 200 grids, 400 grids and seal it to protect from rain and other stain making dirt and oil. This particular job was hard because the area towards Hana, which rains practically every day and try to pick the right day to seal was a difficult; we had to cover the whole area with plastic cover to insure no water got on it before sealer was fully cured."
